Turtle is a childhood friend of Vince and is primarily the driver and gopher for the group. Turtle's real name is never mentioned and he's usually hanging out with Drama and Vince and "E" go about their daily business.

I hate to say it, but Turtle revealed his name as "Sal" to Jamie-Lyn in Season 5.
