I was thinking that the wedding went wrong because this guy in the pic was sleepin with the groom. Thats really all I have to say. And the episodes for the better part deals with Callie, Arizona and mark. You guys know how they parallel the patients with the Seattle Westers all the time. Only just my thought.

Well the guy's in a traditional Scottish bagpipe outfit - it could be a highland dance outfit too, but i doubt (I know this stuff because I spent six years doing highland dance when i was younger) Anyways I'm guessing it was a scottish wedding turned tragic by something and that he's awaiting his loved one to come out of surgery.
