Eleanor always looks great, so confident and professional, even when tearing her hair out! This outfit makes her looks so young and sexy and I agree with the other comments, the necklace is a winner!

seriously - some of the outfits in this episode are way over the top - which I LOVE. However, whoever put this dress and necklace together is genius. Eleanor/margaret looks classy and in control and she just exudes confidence with that necklace around her neck. I was hoping to zoom in and get a better look at it - I am completely intrigued. What is it and how can I own it?
