Lily is there because she's trying to negotiate some kind of peace between Rufus and Jenny. But why is Eric there? If he has something to tell Lily, why tell it in front of Rufus - unless it affects Rufus too.

If Eric is with lily, and lily is with rufus, in his house, that probably means they are spending Thanksgiving together, which means Serena & Dan will have to go with the awkwardness. Maybee...haha
