THAT IS THE SECOND TIME I SEEN THAT GIRL. SHE WAS IN THE EPISODE WHERE SHE TOOK A PICTURE OF NATE HUGGING JENNY THE DAY OF BLAIR'S BIRTHDAY. SHE MAY JUST BE GOSSIP GIRL!
