Nope! NV is breaking up over Nates family issues/grandpa in episode 2 19. This guy that shes with is now said to be a crush for Serena and she has Vanessa chatting him up for her since S knows nothing about filming and V does. Then Nate will get confused as usual. This NB think is actually CBNV anyways.
