It was the Siobhan Magnus and Crystal Bowersox show last night.
Any other week, Crystal, an early favorite, may have been the clear frontrunner, but Simon said that Siobhan outperformed her, and he was probably right. Her performance of "Paint it, Black" was dynamic, even drawing comparisons to Adam Lambert.
Crystal's "You Can't Always Get What You Want" was folksy, classic and good enough for easy passage into the next round, but she's gotta raise her game in the coming weeks.
The men were led by Michael Lynche's "Miss You" and Aaron Kelly's tender "Angie," though most of the others weren't impressive on this awesome Rolling Stones-themed night.
