Helena Bertinelli's cousin gets a visit by Cayden James, Black Siren, and Ricardo Diaz as they want to buy him out. When he refuses, Siren knocks him out as Cayden gives the man a deadline to make up his mind.

Diggle goes to see an exhausted Felicity and Oliver who have been looking for Cayden non-stop. Curtis visits them as Oliver leaves.

At city hall, Thea goes to see Quentin to ask him about a new assistant position. Curtis implants Diggle with a new chip for his nerve damage, but it seems to come with some technical issues.

Vigilante goes to see Dinah at the station as they make plans to meet later on. Felicity and Diggle meet up with Oliver and tell him that the bunker got bugged three months ago. They realize it was Laurel who is behind it.

Green Arrow go to see Jerry Bertinelli as he needs help. He tells the archer about Cayden and his squad having paid a visit the other night.

Oliver regroups with the others as they begin to follow up on Cayden's action. Meanwhile, Rene gets asked by his daughter what is going on with his job and he promises her that no one will ever take her from him again.

Curtis visits Rene who admits that he feels bad for what went down with Oliver. He suggests to Curtis that the evidence that Agent Watson has on him could perhaps "disappear" if it was digital. Curtis says he will see what he can do.

Thea goes to see Oliver who heard from Quentin that she is working with them again. Elsewhere, Black Siren is getting annoyed with Cayden insisting on moving forward slowly. 

Green Arrow crashes the place but Cayden is one step ahead. When Felicity tries to communicate with Oliver, something blocks it as Anatoly, Siren, Diaz, and Vigilante surround him before he manages to escape.

He goes to Felicity and Diggle to tell them about Cayden's criminal cabal. While reluctant, he agrees to bring the former members together to let them know what's up. Thea goes to see Quentin who is looking through old photos of his Laurel.

Quentin tells her how Siren, who could have killed him last time they saw each other, let him go. Thea stress Quentin to be careful. Dinah, Rene, and Curtis meet up with the trio and informs them what they have discovered.

But the former members get angry about not being told sooner as Dinah is the first one to leave. Green Arrow goes to stop Jerry from leaving town and proposes that they can stop Cayden once and for all, together.

Dinah confronts Vincent about working with Cayden and tries to arrest him. Vincent manages to get out of her grip and knocks Dinah out before escaping.

Oliver and Diggle are about to go through a dangerous plan that will bring Cayden and the cabal right to them. Diggle tries to talk sense to Oliver that they can't do this without the other members.

Curtis manages to hack into Agent Watson's files and discovers that there is an audio recording that compromises Rene. Dinah storms in and tell them about what went down with Vincent.

They decide to form their own team and stop Cayden's cabal. At the bunker, the trio has a discussion that Cayden and Siren listen to as they realize what Jerry is up to.

In a warehouse, Green Arrow waits for Jerry to show up to meet with Cayden. Diaz shows up with a bunch of men and begins to attack Jerry's army.

Green Arrow joins the fight before Black Siren uses her sonic scream on him. Diggle uses Mister Terrific's T-Spheres to help Oliver out.

Cayden goes after Jerry who is almost ready to take out the Green Arrow before a bunch of explosions goes off. Diaz executes Jerry as Cayden was disappointed that Jerry betrayed them.

Oliver is upset with himself for how things went down tonight. Later on, the former members meet up with Oliver, Diggle, and Felicity. Oliver tells them that they're allowed to join the team again under supervision.

But Curtis, Rene, and Dinah are not willing to put the past behind that easily. Felicity tries to get them to understand that this is what Cayden wants them to do. Oliver has no other choice but to wish the three of them the best of luck.

Quentin goes to his office and finds an envelope of photos featuring his Laurel. It came from Thea who says that she learned a lesson with her former-evil dad and that the Earth-2 Laurel could maybe be redeemed.

Curtis shows Dinah and Rene their new headquarter as this marks the beginning of their new team. Elsewhere, Cayden confronts Vincent about how tight he is starting to get with Dinah and he makes it clear that he stands with Cayden.

At the bunker, Diggle tries out the new chip from Curtis as it seems that it worked. Diggle is in control of the nerve damage.
