-When Levi Morganthall, the son of a Hasidic Grand Rebbe and Henry's personal friend is killed, Henry asks Danny to take the case.
-Turns out Levi was having an affair with a non-Hasidic woman but refused to leave his wife, Rivka. When detectives arrest Rivka for murder, Levi's best friend Asher confesses to the murder. He loved Rivka and hated that Levi had shamed her but wouldn't give her a divorce. Rivka is horrified.
-Jamie and his partner arrest Rebecca for use and possession of marijuana after she flaunts it and then insults the officers. Rebecca is the 16 year old daughter of former Mayor Levins.
-The former mayor asks both Frank and Erin for help. Erin points out that although a parents first instinct is to protect, sometimes it's smarter to allow your child to face the consequences.
-When Rebecca mouths off to the judge believing her father will save her, her father tells the judge she needs to learn a lesson. She's sentenced to a $500 fine and 1000 hours of community service.
-Frank finds out that his parents had a son, Peter Christopher Reagan that they never told him about. He had leukemia and died at 18 months old, before Frank was born. Henry gives Frank a picture of his brother.

I am a hugh fans of this show,but the one about the Hasidics and the Jewish mayor I thought was inappropriate and misrepresented. Also, the part about the kreplach was totally out of line.

Ghastly! I couldn't believe the slimy, gross depictions of Jews throughout, both Hasidic and secular (the mayor and his spoiled JAP daughter.) my eyes nearly melted out of my head! And who wrote the script -- regarding kreplach "I wouldn't eat anything with the word crap in it!" It was like a high school play for Hitler youth. Holy smoke!
