-Danny loses his temper during a case when 10 year old Devin Williams is shot. The department sends him to anger management group therapy.

-When Devin's father kidnaps him, Danny is able to talk the man down using things he learned in the class.  He later admits to therapist that he is angry, but he never brings it home. The therapist warns him that he needs to find ways to deal with his anger before it takes over.

-When a Turkish musician comes to Frank asking for asylum, he's caught between her and the state department who says there isn't enough proof that her life is in danger to keep her here.

-Frank talks to a friend of his who gets the woman a job as a cellist with the New York Philharmonic which will keep her in the US.

-Erin's aggressive driving makes it impossible for her to teach Nicky to drive.  Eventually, she has to ask mild mannered Jamie for help.
