Recap

The team investigates a hedge fund company, and a suspect (Gil Bellows) is taken into custody in this episode of Bones.

In this episode of Bones, two single dads find a dead body underneath a merry-go-round. Meanwhile, Booth and Brennan are at home with Christine when Christine uses her first curse word. Booth is concerned, but Brennan believes this is healthy and normal.

Back at the lab, Brennan and Cam work with squintern, Oliver Wells, to examine the body. Wells insists that he will one day be a better forensic anthropologist than Brennan, and continues to try to outdo her in this episode.

Booth and Aubrey talk about the case, and it is revealed that something happened to Aubrey that has made him hate the "one-percent." It turns out that his father was worked on Wall Street and was arrested for fraud. He skipped bail and abandoned his family when Aubrey was thirteen.

Booth is concerned about how this will affect Aubrey's work on the case, and it turns out that it does cause a conflict. Aubrey realizes his mistake and apologizes to Booth. He says Brennan should go in his place to arrest the murder suspect, noting that he has been monopolizing Booth.

At the end of the episode, Brennan meets Aubrey at The Founding Fathers and shares her own story in an effort to help Aubrey deal with his past
