April tells Beth that she and Leo can never get time to have sex and plan on doing it when Sara and Greer go to the cinema. April rushes her mother and sibling out of the house and promises to do the dishes. The next morning Sara catches April trying to sneak Leo out the house and asks them to have breakfast. April is shocked when Leo stays, but she has to go.

Leo has a chat with Sara about his life and where he's at.

April gets the all clear that she is still cancer free. She meets a young boy named Julian in the waiting room who hits on her. She politely declines and he then mocks her when he realizes her mother is with her at her meeting.

Brenna is shocked when Greer appears rebellious. Greer hangs out with her and says her parents are never in her life. Brenna comes clean that she was once pregnant, while Greer informs her that her parents have had her on drugs since she was seven years old.

April tries to help a colleague get an interview with Richie, but she gets the shock of her life when she catches Leo taking drugs with him.
