Joan tells Annie not to work with Eyal, because he doctored the photos that led to last week's drone strike. Annie, with the help of Eyal, looks for a man she thinks has Meghan (Khalid's girlfriend). That guy sneaks up on Annie, and has her dead to rights, but Eyal shoots him and saves her life.

After pleading that his intel was solid, Eyal finally admits to Annie that he did in fact doctor the photos.  He tells her that she trusts people too easily.  She trusted Meghan, and by the end of the episode she was telling Khalid Annie's name.
