After Cheryl seemed to fall back for Larry at the end of last season, he immediately ruined it by blaming her for the ring stain on the wood.  They break up and time skips ahead one year.  They are in the middle of a divorce, but after finding out his lawyer was a Swede, Larry switches to a new lawyer.  The new lawyer, a Jew, is terrible and loses everything for Larry in the deal.

Meanwhile, Larry runs into the owner of the Dodgers, who offers LD tickets to a game in his luxury suite.  The problem is that Joe the owner had the same lawyer as Larry.  Of course, LD tells him that the lawyer is Swedish, so Joe switches to the new lawyer as well.  He loses the Dodgers in his divorce and Larry doesn't get to go to the game.
