Recap
-Kate mediates between a fishing boat Captain and his son, Owen who lost a hand in an accident. The father believes his son was on drugs at the time. He also believes his drug abuse contributed to Zach, his younger sons death a year before.
-Kate realizes that a deck hand switched the blood test results from Zach's accident in order to hide that he had given Zach drugs earlier that day. Instead they made it look as though Owen was high.
-Ben continues to pester Kate as he tries to poach court cases from her mediation.
-Judge Nicastro convinces Lauren that it is time to move on with her life and start dating again.
-Justin and Kate's divorce is official. Although still angry, Kate tries to forgive him for his infidelity as they both examine the problems in their marriage.

I would like her to grow up and take responsibility for what she did wrong in her marriage and work on her marriage with Justin. I think it would be nice if the message was more positive out there for working out marriage problems rather than the easy way out with divorce especially in this case where they truly like each other.Enough of her being so irresponsible in her own life while working out everyone else's problems.
