The last episode's cliffhangers were revealed: Finn and Rachel did not get married and Quinn did not die in the car crash.
While Quinn didn't die, she has limited feeling in her legs leaving her in a wheel chair. Artie helps her adjust to life in a wheelchair.
Puck wants Finn to come with him after graduation to work with him in a pool cleaning company in California. Finn considers it, but Rachel is adamant that they go to New York after they are married. Finn and Rachel have a serious conversation about their future.
Sue finds out that she is going to have a baby girl, but the baby may have complications.
Blaine's brother, Cooper, comes home for a visit. He is well-known for appearing in a credit report commercial. Blaine feels that his brother doesn't support him. Cooper holds an acting class for the glee club. In the end, Cooper and Blaine have a heart-to-heart and better understand each other.
