Dickie attempts to take out Boyd and his crew, but Boyd is ready for him. When the crew comes to Johnny's house, he blows it up killing all of the Bennett's men inside. When the crew comes to Ava's, things don't go to plan, and Dickie ends up shooting Ava in the chest. She ends up in critical condition.
Raylan heads to Harlan once he hears Loretta has made her way out of Foster home with a gun in hand. Once he makes it there, he is captured by Dickie and beaten with a baseball bat. Boyd shows up to save him, and kill Dickie, but he allows Raylan to use Dickie to get to Loretta.
Once Raylan gets to the Bennetts, he attempts to use Dickie as a hostage so that he can get inside with Loretta and Mags. Loretta shoots Mags in the leg, which starts a fire fight. Raylan gets shot and just before Doyle is about to shoot Raylan in the head, the cops come in and shoot Doyle.
Raylan goes inside and talks Loretta out of killing Mags. Mags then sits down with Raylan for some of her famous apple pie, only instead of poisoning Raylan's glass, she poisons her own.
