Nikita was on a mission with Kelly when she faked her own death to escape Division.

Nikita and Michael go to help Kelly escape, while Alex and Roan pursue her as well.

Kelly's escape's not an accident, she is working for Semak to find the black box he thinks Nikita stole.

In a fight at the end, Nikita kills Kelly to save Alex.

Semak finds out that Alex killed Kochenko and her true identity.
