Tom plans a party for Leslie to help drum up support for her bid for city council, but Entertainment 720 is going bankrupt and he uses the event as a final, last ditch effort to drum up business.
Meanwhile, Andy and April plan a Halloween party at their house. The entire time Andy keeps pestering Ben who would rather bottle up his feelings than express them. Eventually, Ben accidentally breaks Andy’s nose.
During the party, Ron and Ann go around fixing the house.
