Leslie grabs at the chance to work with Ben to create Pawnee’s smallest park, and use it to spend as much time with him as possible. Calling Town Hall meetings and creating fake picket lines she delays as much as possible to stay with him. After Ben has had enough of her shenanigans and a thorough talking to from Ann, Leslie lays all of her cards out on the table: she wants to be with Ben.
Meanwhile, Ron and April help Andy pick out a class at the local community college.
Back at the department, Tom and Jerry think up ways to change the Parks Department’s logo.
