Jason returns to invite the girls to say their goodbyes to Alison who will be interred in a mausoleum. While Aria, Hanna, and Emily agree, Spencer refuses to be a part of it. She pays her private detective extra money to find the location for the key and ends up at an abandoned A-lair. Spencer then goes to the cemetery to tell Jason that Ali was pregnant when she died, and Wilden was the father. Meanwhile, Emily is finally dealing with the trauma of killing Nate. In a hypnotherapy session with Dr. Sullivan, she seems to recall killing Alison. However, later at the cemetery, she realizes the memory was actually of the night that someone dug up Ali's body. She saw a hooded figure and a girl in a red coat with blonde hair, leading the girls to believe the girl in the red coat is in charge. Hanna and Caleb deal with some of his family issues when he goes to his aunt and uncle's house to go through some old belongings. And Aria spends time with Wes who's been suspended from school and is hanging out in Ezra's empty apartment.
