On this week's episode of Rescue Me...

Franco calls out Lou by demanding he stop eating junk food. Lou pulls rank and Tommy and Needles back him up. However, on the side, Needles tells Tommy to deal with the situation and talk Lou into going on a diet. Tommy makes a deal with Lou about eating healthy and even offers him to be his new baby's Godfather.

Black Shawn is busy dealing with the wedding plans and pleasing Colleen. At the wedding dress store, Colleen asks Teddy to walk her down the aisle instead of her father. Mike is asked to help with the wedding plans, and Sean attempts to ask out one of the girls working in the store.

Tommy and Kelly continue to connect emotionally. Apart from discussing her meeting Derek Jeter, they also discuss Heaven, Hell, life, and death.

Tommy sits down for his interview for the 9/11 Firefighter TV special. He claims that there are no such things as happy endings.
