"Fun with Flags" returns with Amy directing and special guest Wil Wheaton. Unfortunately for Sheldon, Amy and Wil do not work well together. When Sheldon sides with Wil, Amy leaves upset. Sheldon doesn't understand that she is angry until Leonard recommends he call her. Sheldon tries to apologize with the full series ST:TNG box set, so she can understand the brilliance of Wil Wheaton. That does not work either. Sheldon goes to Penny for help and he asks for tea. She recommends a Long Island Ice Tea, which Sheldon sucks down immediately and loves. While drunk he realizes the mistake he made and takes the bus to see Wil and stand up for his woman. Wil apologizes and Sheldon throws up. "Fun with Flags" gets back on track with LeVar Burton as a guest. Amy criticizes his work as well.

While that was going on, Howard and Bernadette have dinner at his mother's house. Bernadette asks him why he hasn't moved his stuff into her apartment. He agrees, but then tries to get out of it over dinner. Bernadette convinces him to move. After moving, Howard tells her a sad story about his mother. Bernadette decides he should move some stuff back into his mother's house.
