Raymond visits Harlod and brings Agnes some treats. Harlod offers his condolences for Robert's passing. Raymond receives a phone call and learns about a ferry accident. They connect the accident to The Freelancer.

Harlod briefs the team on the accident, and Ressler and Dembe visit the scene of the accident. They find a pair of gloves that they identify as having chemicals.

Raymond visits Rogelio and scolds him on the delay. He decides to crash at Rogelios.

Ressler receives his one-year sobriety chip. The group leader floats the idea of becoming a sponsor. 

Herbie visits the Post Office and helps find some clues about where the next attack might be.

Rogelio comes in with a new tip and informs the team. They arrive at the next scene before anything bad could happen.

Raymond learns that they were being fed information directly from The Freelancer.

The team finds another scene The Freelancer is planning on causing a mass event, and they get to him in time. They fight, but he gets away as they successfully stop the planned attack.

The team interrogates a photographer found on all the scenes.

Ressler offers a struggling addict his help.

Wujing's people find someone new to hire to go after Raymond.
