Red and Weecha break into Reggie Cole's office which has been sealed off by the police. Weecha finds a key to Mount Bastion, a top-secret storage facility, to which Reddington already has access. Lew, then Harold, are arraigned. Red confronts Helen Maghi about getting into Cole's vault. Helen is worried because a heist crew she aided got caught and is likely to flip on her. Raymond offers to help in exchange for what he wants. Harold places Aram temporarily in charge of the Task Force. Red brings Helen's problem to the Task Force, figuring that Cole's key belongs to his employer. No one but Aram favors helping Maghi. The heist crew says they were recruited by Maghi to steal weapons for a terrorist faction. Reddington posts Harold's bail. Cooper accepts a deal of two years' prison time. Since he can't get the charges dropped, Red offers to help Maghi to disappear. Aram agrees to work with Maghi to break into Mount Bastion. Raymond and Dembe go in as clients while Park and Ressler go undercover as security. Cutting the water supply creates an emergency. The only thing in Cole's vault was a box of DVDs that Red had recorded for Liz. Aram has Maghi arrested anyway. Lew flips on Harold and Cooper loses his plea deal. Red and Aram argue over Maghi's arrest. Weecha abducts a terrorist for Reddington to question. Fake agents took Maghi on Red's orders. She admits supplying weapons to terrorists opposed to a government that had her son beheaded. He decides to help her escape. Harold confesses to Agnes. Raymond blackmails Panabaker to create a paper trail that covers Cooper. She gets him a month as an agent to solve Liz's case. Red tells Harold he's considering cutting ties with the Task Force.
