Will got served to close out this episode of The Good Wife, as his new attorney - the wonderful Elsbeth Tascioni - took the fight to Wendy Scott-Carr and almost forced the special prosecutor to make a move. We'll see where things go now that she has.

The rest of the installment dealt with the case of an ex-couple suing Lockhart/Gardner for fraud. It provided David Lee with a fun spotlight because he mishandled a divorce case years ago and also delivered a few fun scenes between him and Eli. Let's just say these two don't get along well.

Alicia was forced to wonder if being a good mother will cost her at work, while the iced thawed more between she and Alicia and Diane enjoyed some flirting with a process server.
