Dwight and the gang in Tallahassee meet up with Nellie Bertram, Sabre President of Special Projects.  Dwight attempts to sell himself as the man for the VP job, but he has appendicitis and goes to the hospital.  He makes his way back to the meeting, and gives a less than stellar presentation.

Back in Scranton Andy fills in at reception and does a great job.  He enjoys it, and wants to keep doing the job, until Darryl and Pam talk him out of it long-term.
