On this week's The Walking Dead…
Shane and Otis continue to maneuver their way past the zombies at the school. Otis even saves Shane when he is surrounded.
Daryl and Andrea go looking for Sophia, but with no luck.
Dale returns Andrea's gun and asks for forgiveness.
T-Dog and Glenn arrive at Hershel's farm.
Before Hershel attempts the surgery without the medical supplies, Shane shows up with them. Hershel is able to save Carl.
Unfortunately, Otis did not return. Shane explains that Otis told Shane to go and that he'd hold off the zombies. In reality, Shane shoots Otis, so the zombies will go after him and Shane can escape.
The final scene is Shane shaving his head to remove the evidence that Otis pulled out his hair while fighting Shane to survive.
