Welcome to season four of Ugly Betty.

During these two hours, Betty must adjust to her new job as associate features editor, especially because her boss is her ex-boyfriend, Matt Hartley. That's always awkward, especially when he is still displeased about their breakup.

Moreover, Betty's new officemate, Megan, openly resents her; and Marc is constantly undermining her.
