Ryan wanted to earn some respect for himself this week, so he and Wilfred actually signed up to work at a hospice. Once there, the latter appeared to develop some kind of sense over when an old person would die.

It's far more likely he just got lucky and plopped down next to someone right before he kicked the bucket, but the administrator - played by Rashida Jones - saw things differently, so Ryan and Wilfred went along with it.

Ryan then had some qualms about Jenna filming him for her local news program as a "Hero of the Week," but Wilfred convinced Ryan otherwise. He wanted glory, didn't he?

However, a nurse jumped to her death and Jenna reported on that, in the end, instead of Ryan's story.

There was also some question over whether or not Wilfred actually smothered a patient with a pillow. He denied it.
