Dream boy, dream job. Whitney Port (below) looks like she's poised to have it all as last night's all-new episode of The Hills set the stage for her new spin-off, The City. And oh, how excited we are to follow Whitney to N.Y.C.

Elsewhere, Lauren Conrad went back to Laguna Beach to pack up her old room (her parents are moving), while Spencer Pratt trashed Stephanie Pratt's loser boyfriend again. Is he being protective of his little sister or just a jerk!
