Hey guys, did you know a little cartoon called South Park returns this Wednesday?!  The show that grew from a show about four kids growing up in Colorado to a full blown satire returns for its fifteenth season.

So what is season fifteen tackling first?  Well, it appears to be a combination of The Human Centipede and Apple's iPad with "HUMANCENTiPAD."  How do you possibly combine those two?  Well watch the following season 15 promo and see for yourself:
