Clancy Brown to Protect America on The Flash

Clancy Brown is headed for Central City.
The actor, who recurred as Sheriff Corbin on Sleepy Hollow Season 1, will debut on the fifth episode The Flash as General Wade Eiling.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the army veteran is dead set on protecting American interests around the globe and may have ties to a key lead character.
He’ll serve as the head of a black ops team in pursuit of Kelly Frey’s Plastique in the hopes of using her as a human weapon.
The General is tall and imposing and possesses a "a face carved from years of duty," the casting note reads.
The Flash Season 1 speeds up on October 7 and stars Grant Gustin in the title role.
He’ll be joined by Danielle Panabaker, Carlos Valdes, Jesse L. Martin, Candice Patton, Tom Cavanagh, Rick Cosnett and John Wesley Shipp.
