On Arrow Season 3 Episode 3 we get a good look at what's to come with the females in Starling City.

Hint -- there's going to be a whole lot of ass kicking going on!

Oliver wanted his sister back. Thea was in Corto Maltese. Oliver went to Corto Maltese -- with Roy and Diggle in tow. It turns out to be quite the popular place for criminals. It's pretty, but I don't think you'd want to live there.

We learned through flashbacks what Thea and Malcolm have been up to for the past five months. If you spill your coffee on Thea Queen, you won't have a thing to worry about. It may sound crazy, but you know who her father is, right?

Diggle learned someone almost sold out all of the names on the A.R.G.U.S. roster, which would have marked his wife and daughter for certain death. So uncool. Of course he had to do something about that!

Then we had Laurel, who is feeling the vigilante justice pull that appealed to her sister and her ex, Oliver. She can't drink or pop pills, so she wants a different avenue to take out her aggressions. Will Oliver help her? And if he won't, then who will?

You can find out all of this and more when you watch Arrow online!

You're very perceptive Thea. Knowing what people are hiding behind their smiles, your mother had that talent.
