American Horror Story returns later this year to FX, and fans are eagerly awaiting more details about Season 7's central plot.
Naturally, Ryan Murphy has been hitting up Instagram with several different teasers for the show's new direction, and he has now revealed one final clue.
Let's just say it's one of the freakier teasers of late. If you're not a fan of being stung, you should probably look away now.
"AHS last clue before this week's TITLE reveal. Ideas?" the co-creator of the hit drama series shared with fans.
We have no idea what the frack this new clue means. It could mean one of the characters is going to be attacked by bees, but we will probably not know until the season actually premieres.
Another teaser released by Murphy just a few days ago seemed to hint at a mask with a lot of holes. There's every reason to believe that this will wind up being a monster who will feast on the new batch of characters.
Murphy previously stated that the story was inspired by the 2016 Presidential Election and that the show would pick up on Election night.
"The election is allegory. It's our jumping off point," he told E! News in March.
"It is about the election we just went through and what happened on that night and the fallout of that night, which to many people, from all sides of the camps is a horror story."
It is certainly interesting that we're finding out the title this week. We were kept in the dark about American Horror Story Season 6's title all the way up to the premiere night.
That did not stop FX from dropping a multitude of teasers that sent fans in several different directions as they tried to come to a conclusion about what the central mystery would be.
While the main plot may be a mystery, we already know who the extensive cast will include.
Series veterans Sarah Paulson and Evan Peters will be joined by Billy Eichner (Difficult People), Billie Lourd (Scream Queens), Leslie Grossman (Popular) and Colton Haynes (Teen Wolf).
Lady Gaga previously confirmed she would not be returning, but did not rule out a return to future seasons.
