Holden Ford and Bill Tench's foray into the minds of the some of the most notorious serial killers is not over.
Netflix has officially ordered out a Season 2 of the crime drama which got everyone talking after its debut in October.
The series follows the two characters above as they interview and study some of the most well-known serial killers around.
The first season was a hit with critics and currently has a 96% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes from 72 reviews.
Mindhunter Season 1 came to a shocking conclusion with both Holden and Bill starting to experience their own psychological side effects from their study.
Will they both be able to keep it together to work as a team, or will some time pass to give them some respite before returning to the nitty gritty side of things?
That will be one of the more exciting questions to ponder as we await Season 2. In addition to that, it remains to be seen which high profile murderers will be focused on.
The murderers included on the freshman season were the BTK killer, Richard Speck, Jerry Brudos and Edmund Kemper.
We could not think of a better home for the series than Netflix. We could not imagine having to wait week to week for episodes if the show aired on a cable channel.
That's the beauty of Netflix which prides itself on having multiple shows for viewers to binge.
