GLAAD Media Awards 2019: Queer Eye, Vida Among Early Winners
Paul Dailly at .Awards for the 30th Annual GLAAD Media Awards were given out on Thursday night.
Netflix's Queer Eye secured the win for Outstanding Reality Program.
The series has been a huge hit for Netflix since the rebooted version got underway on the streamer in early 2019.
Starz comedy, Vida, scooped up the award for Outstanding Comedy Series, taking the title away from Brooklyn Nine-Nine which won the coveted award last year.
The other categories, including Outstanding Drama Series and Outstanding TV-Movie or Limited Series will have winners announced in a second ceremony on Saturday, May 4 in New York.
