The Walking Dead Star Hints She'll Appear In Rick Grimes Movies

Ever since the announcement of the Andrew Lincoln-led The Walking Dead trilogy of movies, there have been a lot of unanswered questions.
The only confirmed character from the get-go has been Rick Grimes, aka the person the franchise started with back on The Walking Dead Season 1.
If you watch The Walking Dead online, you know that Jadis (Pollyanna McIntosh) helped Rick escape to safety when he blew up the bridge filled with walkers.
While viewers know Rick's story will continue, the future for Jadis has been a little more uncertain.
Taking to Instagram, McIntosh explained in a video:
"Hey y'all, I just wanted to let you know that, like, I can't talk about the Rick Grimes movies and that, but they are still happening and I'm looking forward to probably being a part of them."
"I just know that you guys are kind of waiting out there, and I'm waiting too. I'm looking forward," she continued.
"That's it, from a little bird in La La Land."
McIntosh previously said that she was not attached to the cast of the movies, leading fans to question whether Jadis would be getting a good old off-screen exit.
The road to the screen for the movie has been longer than fans initially thought it would be. But that could be because the producers want to make sure the script is where they want it to be.
The regular series has staged a return to form over the last year, so it's likely the franchise wants the first of the trilogy to get rave reviews, especially with another two planned.
If McIntosh does not become a part of the cast of the movie, it's possible Jadis could pop up in one of the other series.
The Walking Dead: World Beyond is the third series set in the universe, but the most recent trailer revealed the helicopter people would be a big part of that series.
They also popped up during Fear the Walking Dead Season 5.
But time will tell whether Jadis will pop up on the movies or one of the other series set in the franchise.

For now, we know The Walking Dead Season 10 resumes in February, and The Walking Dead: World Beyond debuts Spring 2020.
