Good for Bell. He learned the art of walking away from a disagreement. Doubtful it'll last, but maybe that's some progress. These two should just hug it out or hash it out over a beer or something.
The simmering sexual tension between Nic and Conrad will be the perfect "will they/won't they?" of the show. You're shipping them already aren't you? The question is, what cute mash-up ship name will the fandom come up with for these two?
It's not all contempt between these two. Sometimes there's a little love in there too. Bell can give a Conrad a pat on the back every now and then. That's good to know.
Nic is the voice of reason out of the bunch, so she's the perfect person to check in and check up on Conrad. He's the type to need someone to set him on the right path every now and then, and Nic is the type of person who can do it.
Bell is an acquired taste and most of the staff at the hospital don't exactly acquire it when it comes to him. But even a villain needs a friend. Is Bell's friend Lane? Or is Lane another person turned off by Dr. Bell's less than endearing charm?
Mina and Nic could not be more different, but they're both fierce badasses who don't take any crap from anyone. Every show needs a kickass female friendship, and this may be the one to look out for on The Resident. These ladies are the best!
Dr. Hunter and Devon appear to be discussing the best treatment for their patient, but is anyone going to inform their poor patient as to what's going on? She looks a little lost and a bit bored!
This time Bell is having the last word. These two should have the best knock down drag out showdowns of the series. The tension between the pair of them is palpable. Are you ready for it?
I'm calling it now, this might be the best bromance the show has to offer. Mina and Conrad already appear to have a respect for one another, and both lack tact, though Mina lacks it all the time. They could be the best that this show has to offer bromance-wise. Who says a woman and a man can' be a bromance? Not me!
Conrad and Nic may be at an impasse in their relationship, but they both share a genuine desire to help their patients, save lives, and do good at whatever costs. Their patient is in the best and most capable hands with the two of them.
As an oncologist, Dr. Hunter has to see sick and dying patients all the time. It's nice to see that she has a tender bedside manner with her patients. A little TLC does more good than damage.
Conrad turns on the charm while trying to retrieve some information on a patient. Interpersonal skills are as important in a hospital as anything else, and if he wants a rush on his labs or anything else, it doesn't hurt to be nice and friendly.
