Dr. Devon Pravesh is at her service. Devon works on that excellent bedside manner that he's coming around to having. Seriously, he's so attentive and kind to his patients, and he's grown since the pilot.
It's an intimate moment of quiet between Conrad and Nic before everything comes crashing down around them. They spent the night together and seemed to have rekindled their flame, but is it permanent? CoNic shippers certainly hope so!

Bell makes it to the operation room during The Resident Season 1 Episode 10. The question is, will the patient his performing surgery on make it out of the operating room alive?
Say what you will about Conrad's impulsivity and shirking of the rules, but he always gives his patients his undivided attention, and he actually listens to them when they're speaking to him. Often, it helps him diagnose them.
Claire is making an important phone call, but what will it be regarding? Whatever is going on, she's trying to hide it from someone because she's checking over her shoulder. Could this have to do with Lily's death?
The friendship between Jude and Nic is pretty solid. Maybe, we'll actually get to see more of it during The Resident Season 1 Episode 10. Jude doesn't appear to hang out with anyone too often. He and Conrad don't spend a lot of time together, so it's cool delving deeper into his character via his relationship with NIc.
Conrad: Everything you thought you knew about medicine is wrong. All the rules you followed will break. I have only one rule, it covers everything. I'm never wrong. You do whatever the hell I tell you, no questions asked. Devon: Do you want me to speak now? Conrad: That's a question.
Bell: I'm Chief of Surgery, and it's the end of a 30-hour shift. What did you see? Doctor: We're all on the same side here. Maybe he had a heart attack.
