Michael Ealy – aka The Only Good Thing to Come Out of FlashForward – is headed to The Good Wife.
The actor has nabbed a major role on season two of the CBS drama, appearing for at least 10 episodes as the head of the law firm that merges with Lockhart & Gardner.
As previously reported, this will be a significant focus of the new season.
Ealy’s character is described by the network as follows: “Casual, soft-spoken attorney whose egalitarian beliefs seem at odds with Will and Diane’s self-serving practices. However, under his pleasant and unassuming exterior, he has a steel-trap mind and can outmaneuver his most cunning adversaries and/or associates. Deeply impressed with Alicia’s quiet competence, he becomes her newest mentor.”
Interesting stuff.
Late last week, we reported that a trio of actors had also signed on for roles on season two of The Good Wife. It premieres on September 21.
