- Craig and Ren have shower sex.
- Pope cleans up the house, throwing away stuff that was Smurf's because he doesn't like it, and he gets a postcard from Cassandra.
- J shares that he sold the condo with Deran and that he'll get them each ten grand and run the rest of the money through the businesses.
- Deran: What are you doing? Throwing everything away? Pope: Yeah, Smurf chose it. I hate it.
- J proposes a new way of washing their money and avoiding tax evasion.
- Manny is MIA when Jake and Smurf have to pull a job because he's getting too deep into gambling and has debts. They're supposed to be robbing a strip joint and Smurf has an inside woman, a stripper, who is Baz's mother.
- Craig: You know this race has been going on since I was in kindergarten. You assholes show up with t-shirts?Parker: I"m just trying to support the community, man. Craig: Oh yeah? Where you from? Parker: L.A. Craig This look like LA to you? Deran: Can you give me a medium instead? I think I'm going to use it to wipe my ass later.
- The boys show up at the yearly skateboard race with drinks and to support everyone. Deran is annoyed when Parker, the other bar owner, is handing out t-shirts. The two of them trade barbs and Craig let's Parker know that he's a transplant that doesn't know what Oceanside is really about. Deran burns the t-shirt, and the police come.
- Chadwick pulls over Pope and J and tells J that he has the police files and they have them for six hours. He tells them where to find them.
- Craig notices that Deran is losing business to Parker and wants to do somethng about it.
- Pope gets new furniture and things for the house namely Smurf's room which he takes over.
- Smurf and Jake find Manny beaten up from Pete (Sr?) Smurf wants to go after Pete.
- Craig hits up Carlos the Carnitas dude to redirect all of his stuff to Deran's bar and to tell others to do it too, and they'll double their pay. Carlos tells Craig that Renn is still slinging.
- J; What is it? Deran: It's Baz's murder file.
- They all look over the files but Craig is all squirrelly about it. They look for any information on Livengood. They notice that jake is an associate of Smurf's.
- They debate whether or not to work with the cop. They decide it's worth it.
- Smurf talks to Pete about Manny. She pays off Manny's debt and strikes up a working relationship with Pete.
- Craig tosses the house searchnig for Renn's stash and she hid her money in a tampon box.
- Deran: One grand a month. Chadwick: I'm worth more than that.
- Deran and J meet up with Chadwick to arrange their working relationship.
- Chadwick shares that the DEA plans to get Deran for aiding and abetting a fugitive for the money that he's sending to Idonesia. He uses that to negotiate a higher payout.
- J: You're sending money to Adrian? Deran: No, I'm not. J: Who then? Deran: I'll take care of it.
- This is about me making my own money! Craig: Well then go get a real job like real people. Renn: Like you? YYo don't even know what that is. Craig: I do this so that you don't have to. Renn: You've always known who I am Craig Yeah, but I didn't know you'd be such a shitty mother. Renn: Because Smurf was such a great one? Craig: Don't bring her into this.
- Craig confronts Renn about her drug dealing and they get into a heated argument when he calls her a shitty mother and she slaps him.
- Pope: Why do you want to do this? Chadwick: Excuse me? Pope: Why do you want to work with my family? Chadwick: Public service is overrated and underpaid. Pope: There's easier ways to make money. Chadwick: Working security a Coachella when I'm off duty isn't really my thing.
- Pope meets up with Chadwck to see where his head is and why he wants to work with them.
- Lark: Well, I've got one more question for you. J: What? Lark: Do you ever smile?
- J meets up with Lark to retain her for future services that they may need and a connection to a cimnal attorney. She claims that Pamela always left her out of the crime part of things but she considers it. She flirts with J.
- derans meets up with Adrian's sister Jess who has been the one sending money to Adrian in Indonesia. She thought her process was fool proof.
- Jess: Adrian loved you. He believed in you. That's over now.
- Adrian tells Jess to stop sending money and that the DEA is onto her.
- Deran: Look, I'm sorry you had to come back to all of this shit. Pope: What do you mean? Deran: DEA. Livengood. It's my fault. Pope: What? Deran: I shoud've done what needed to be done with Adrian. I know that. Pope: That's bullshit. Come on. That's not you.
- Deran apologizes to Pope for not taking out Adrian, and Pope tells him that there's nothing to apologize for because that's not him.
- Craig tells Deran that Renn left him and took Nick.
- Parker comes to the bar to confront Deran. They all end up in a brawl.
- Deran: How you like that metaphor, bitch.
- Jake: She paid him. Manny: Thank you. Smurf: Oh, you don't have to pay me, baby. We look out for each other. You can pay me back later.
- Smurf and Jake return and tell Manny things are handled with Pete. He's shocked that she paid him and thanks her, and she tells him that he can pay her back later and how they look out for each other. We see Smurf the matriarchal crime boss clicking into place.
- J meets up with Deran and Craig for drinks and tells them they scored an attorney.
- Pope goes skateboarding again like he used to do as a kid before Smurf got him into boxing.
