Hush kills a lot of people to kidnap code-breakers in order to decipher Lucius Fox's journal. Alice keeps killing them with torture. She wants to kidnap Luke Fox but Mouse is worried that taking Luke will bring Batwoman and that'll ruin their comfortable life at Arkham.
Kate confronts Regan about stealing the journal and finds out that Julia already interrogated her. Kate then confronts Julia and has a fight with Luke over Julia's loyalty.
Hush tries to take Parker Torres but her girlfriend gets a message to Kate and Batwoman rescues her. She brings her back to the Bat Cave, to Mary's chagrin. Parker proves useful as she hacks into systems that help them track Hush to his hideout. Meanwhile, Mary discovers that Lucius's old glasses decrypts the journals automatically.
Luke goes to Crow's headquarters and lets Julia know that he knows she isn't working for the SRR. While they're talking, Hush kidnaps the two of them. Using Julia as leverage, they force Luke to decipher the journal.
Batwoman trades the glasses for Julia and Luke's lives. When she goes back for the journal, Alice releases all the inmates to cover their escape.
In the aftermath, Luke and Kate make up. Sophie and Julia share a kiss, interrupted by Kate. Julia explains that she's been working for Safiyah Sohail.
Mouse and Alice are hiding in a sewer. Alice reads the journal while Mouse complains. The journal convinces Alice that she needs Kryptonite.
