The ghosts are watching Sam write an article. Thorfinn walks in and asks Flower to go on the 1-on-1 date. Flower is nervous about going on her first solo date before, but she agrees to the date.

Thorfinn is nervous about throwing a great first date since they can only stay in the manor. Alberta, Pete, Sasappis, and Sam want to help by making the date extra special.

Hetty tries to pull Isaac away to do their weekly pondering at the window. Nigel doesn't want to come between the best friends, but he asks to join them. Hetty reluctantly agrees.

Sam asks Jay to create a special meal so that Thorfinn and Flower can smell it for their fake dinner. Thorfinn has a specific menu in mind.

Nigel invites Hetty to a special party for his welcoming into the manor. Hetty is upset that Nigel didn't invite Nancy, but Nancy reveals that Nigel invited her the day before. Hetty is upset that Nigel disregarded her.

Thorfinn is very nervous about his date with Flower. He freaks when Sam places the utensils in the wrong spot.

The date starts well with the first meal revealed. Thorfinn asks her about her past date, but Sam tells him to not bring up exes.

Thorfinn talks about how the last time he ate goat testicles was before his father died. Thorfinn and Flower ask Sam to eat the testicles so she can describe the taste to them. Sam manipulates Jay to eat the testicles; the move impresses Flower and Thorfinn.

Alberta sings a song for Flower and Thorfinn. Pete does an improv show.

Flower and Thorfinn kiss at the end of their date. Flower says they'll have a second date.

Hetty allows Trevor to have pillow talk with her. Trevor leads her to come up with a plan to throw a competing party to crush Nigel.

During the next day, Thorfinn tells the group the good news of their date. Flower comes into the kitchen and doesn't know what they're talking about. It's revealed that Flower's memory has gone and she forgot the entire date. Thorfinn pushes the group to host the perfect date yet again so she can remember.

Hetty schemes and plots to get the other ghosts to attend her party instead of Nigel's. Alberta and Sasappis agree after some work; Nancy debates since she promised Nigel.

Date night goes over again, but after the group forgets stuff about the improv, Flower jumps in with the answer. She reveals that she didn't forget about the date; Flower didn't want the date to be a success.

No one showed up to Nigel's party; Isaac is sad when he entered and no one was there. Hetty reveals the truth to Isaac. Isaac is mad at Hetty and leaves the party.

Flower tells Sam that she didn't want things to go well with Thorfinn because good things end. In law school, she had an ex Michael who died in the hospital; that was the last one-on-one date she ever had. Sam tells her that she needs to talk things out with Thorfinn.

Hetty apologizes to Isaac and Nigel about her actions. She reveals that she was jealous of their bond and potentially losing her best friend. Nigel reveals he was also threatened based on the bond between the best friends and his late invite to Hetty.

After Isaac leaves the room, Nigel and Hetty go into a furious rage. They plot to destroy the other and keep Isaac for themself.

Flower tells the truth to Thorfinn. Thorfinn says he wants to be there for Flower in the good times and the bad times. Flower agrees to date Thorfinn.

Thorfinn and Flower kiss again.

Sam and Jay have their Valentine's Day dinner six days later. None of the ghosts are in the kitchen during the date as Sam called in a favor to have Thorfinn bodyguard and keep everyone out.
