The season 13 finale of Keeping Up With the Kardashians was all about babies. From Kourtney trying to finally move on from Scott and find someone else to build a life with (and potentially have child #4) to Khloe visiting a fertility doctor to find out if she's in good shape to carry her own babies... or Kim's.

Kim and Kanye have been trying to have a third baby since the beginning of the season, but after Paris, everything was on hold. Kim also found out that a third pregnancy would be extremely difficult and risky, so she is considering a surrogate. She tries to get Khloe to volunteer, but her sister is hesitant because she is in a serious relationship with Tristan Thompson. 

We get our first real look inside Khloe's relationship with Tristan during the finale, and the two seem to be in sync. She's learning how to cook Jamaican food from his mother, and they are on FaceTime whenever they aren't in the same state. It's about time for another Kardashian wedding special (and ratings boost).

Elsewhere, Rob celebrates his 30th birthday at a movie theater with his family (even though Kourt and Kris wanted to go to Disneyland) and Kourtney forces Khloe and friends to play in a pinball tournament.
