Law & Order: Organized Crime Season 2 Episode 20 revolves around the kidnapping of a 9-year-old girl. Sarah Santos was snatched off the street while chasing a dog that the kidnappers used to lure her away from her home. She has severe asthma as the result of chemo for leukemia and could die without her inhaler, which she doesn't have with her.

Benson asks Bell to team up with Stabler to find this kid. Bell agrees. Benson sends Valesco over too. Jet seems upset as she goes to work with him.

The search leads to a school janitor who has sex offenses in his background, but he isn't guilty. He tells the cops he saw Santos fighting with some guy. Santos says it was over a gambling debt and has nothing to do with this.

The guy turns out to be a gangbanger that Donnelly ripped off. Meanwhile, Donnelly tells Stabler that he named his kid after him, and Stabler admits to Benson that he somewhat admires Donnelly but knows he has to bust him.

Meanwhile, Jet and Adam have relationship problems.
