A girl is looking at a Tik Tok while her friend is helping her with her makeup. She can't wait to meet these guys at a party. Her friend insists on coming with to protect her.

The girl and her friend arrive at the Wheelers. It's luxurious. They're on the rooftop having a party. She does some Tik Tok dance videos with them.  The videos get tons of views quickly. They all have drinks and the girl says she's a lightweight but takes a shot anyway.  Later she is totally drunk and one of the guys suggests she lie down. The guy who is helping her gets a call from the manager and two other guys take her downstairs instead.

Willow's friend finds her crying in the basement later.

Noah wants to show Benson something on Tik Tok. Benson says no phones at the table. Noah insists. Willow has made a video saying she was raped and doesn't know whether to go to SVU or not. The video disappears but Benson says she can retrieve it -- once you post something on the Internet it stays there forever.

Benson gets the video back and shows it to Carisi and Rollins. Jet interrupts to talk to them about the missing Albanian girls. Benson agrees to look into it. Jet recognizes Willow. Benson apparently is the only one who doesn't know who Willow is. Jet is not surprised that Willow says she was raped. She got a bad vibe from the Wheelhouse. The Wheelhouse is a place where people can become superstars... sometimes.

Rollins and Benson talk to Willow. She took the video down because fans were doxxing and cyberbullying her. Benson suggests they talk. Willow explains how at first it was amazing until she got dizzy and they took her to Tate's bedroom and locked the door. Both boys raped her.  She passed out and woke up naked and wanted to get out of there. Rollins wonders if any of it was recorded. Willow says the boys said no video means it didn't happen. Her friend Kavon found her and thought they should call the cops but she wanted to be asked to join the house.

Kavon says he knows Tate and Liam raped Willow and wants them arrested. He quit the house 2 months ago and was trying to protect Willow.

Willow doesn't understand why they can't arrest based on Kavon's say so. Carisi wants her to call the boys while they listen. She says only Diggy wants to talk to her.

SVU calls Bell and says she can't get anyone to talk but she will keep her posted. She wants to borrow Jet.

Diggy is sorry Willow was upset. He says they said it was consensual. Tate and Liam show up and say she cried rape because she wasn't chosen. They keep telling her to stop being upset and she needs to tell all the fans that she takes it back. They start livestreaming. Willow goes along with it but the cops show up including Jet and arrest the boys.

Carisi wonders if Willow is credible given the new video.

The boys' lawyer insist the cops have nothing. The boys talk despite his telling them not to.

Diggy talks to the cops and says he tries to be the good guy and gets burned.

No one at the house is talking. They get a text for Jet that Liam and Tate make another video laughing about what they did and how the cops are the enemies of the people. Carisi says to arrest them.

The judge wants everyone to put their phones down. He also sets bail at $1 million and tells the boys not to litigate this on social media, which they promptly ignore. The boys make a Tik Tok video about how they are innocent and someone throws a drink at Carisi as he and Rollins are walking by. Diggy apologizes but Carisi isn't having it.

Carisi goes before another judge. Their lawyer insists they have a 1st amendment right to post on Tik Tok. The judge won't do a gag order but says the guys are inching toward inciting a riot.

Diggy does a video saying he can't go online for a while. He tries to apologize to Willow and insists he is only on the guys' side because they said nothing happened.

Benson testifies about victims taking time to come forward. Defense tries to claim Willow just wanted to get revenge because she was rejected. The boys are smirking.

Kovan testifies next. Defense tries to say that he has a problem with Tate and Liam. Kovan says they are homophobic and misogynistic. The defense attorney tries to suggest that Kovan is making things up.

Willow testifies next, after a pause long enough to make us think she has backed out. The defense attorney tries to claim that Willow just wanted more followers. Defense attorney brings up another influencer who wanted Willa to take down the boys. He suggests she was setting them up because of what Blaire wanted her to do. 

Willa confronts Diggy and says the boys said he invited her to rape her.

Carisi is cooking and Rollins shows him a video fo Diggy saying he should have believed Willa and that he's sorry. Carisi says this means a mistrial and Willa will not testify again at a new trial.

In court the defense asks for a mistrial. Carisi says he wants to call Diggy as a witness. Defense objects.  Judge sides with Carisi.

Carisi calls Diggy. Diggy says he could tell Willa was not acting when she was so upset after her cross-examination. He says Tate and Liam wanted her gone and wanted to shut her down. Defense tries to suggest that the women don't like Diggy the way they like Tate and Liam. He has DMs from Diggy to Willa. Carisi objects. Judge says move on. Diggy claims that Willa should not have gone into anyone's room. Defense suggests that Diggy is jealous. The boys start laughing. Diggy starts yelling how he keeps covering for them assaulting girls. Diggy is held in contempt. Defense claims there is no case and they want a motion to dismiss. Judge says no. Defense rests without putting anyone on the stand. Case is going to the jury.

Benson says the case has been public so likely no one else will come forward. Jury is back already.

Some guy comes forward to talk to Benson and wants to be front and center when they catch the traffickers.

The jury finds the defendants not guilty. People are clapping and cheering. Carisi is upset. Rollins tells Willa she's sorry. Willa says who wants to see her actual life anyway.

Carisi talks to Diggy. Diggy has a weird comment about how the jury forewoman might have slept with Tate and Liam. Carisi goes to Rollins. The forewoman may be joining the Wheelhouse.

They go to the judge about the defendants DMing jurors during the trial to offer the Wheelhouse to them if they acquit. Liam and Tate say this was a coincidence. The lawyer says he'll look into it. The boys make a deal and get 7 years. Willa says Diggy invited her to join the Wheelhouse. Her and Kavon. They're going to rebrand as a Survivor Squad. Willa mentions that Carisi likes Rollins.

Benson gives Bell the info from her informant. There will be a new shipment coming in at 12. Bell appreciates Benson's help.
