With a shotgun, Shammy blows away the mercenary who is about to kill T.C. Rick calls to let Higgins and Magnum know that T.C. has been shot. The power goes out. The hit squad arrives at Robin's Nest. Juliet and Thomas take down a combined four attackers, including the team's leader, Swayzak. She quickly catches him up about T.C. Shammy tells Thomas that Rick hasn't arrived yet and isn't picking up. Rick is captured and awakens in a car trunk. Katsumoto informs them Childs was killed in that explosion. Rick finds a flare in the emergency kit, throwing it into the front and causing the car to crash. He escapes but draws fire from one of his captors. The voice sampling recorded off Swayzak's phone matches to Nadine Amherst, who faked her own death. Amherst was Hadid's handler. Kumu attempts to comfort Cade. Shammy spots the suspects' vehicle just as his chopper's fuel is running out. RIck's pursuers have ATVs and dogs. Amherst's son with Hadid died a year ago, which is why she now sought revenge. Gordie leads the search for Rick. T.C. is stable after surgery. But he can't move his legs. The doctor cautions him that that may be temporary. T.C. explains his condition to Kumu and Cade. Magnum tracks Rick and finds his phone. But he determines that Rick was captured again. Swayzak is freed before he can be interrogated. Rick meets Amherst, who wants to know the details of Hadid's death. So Rick recounts the events of that night to her. Hadid used a female hostage as a shield. Swayzak was allowed to escape from HPD so he could be followed back to Amherst. Thomas chases and beats down Swayzak. Suzy and Rick reunite. Juliet assures Cade that Magnum and Rick will pull T.C. through.
