Kensi is selling the bar. But he hasn't told Callen yet. Deeks approaches Sam to ask him to tell Callen, but Sam refuses. Dr. Laura Nash was shot dead the previous night. Her advanced radar technology was stolen. Kensi's theory is that the killer slipped in while the the test was running. Nash's right-hand man Kevin Tyler is MIA. Kensi locates the killer's hiding place at the testing warehouse. Sam and Callen find Tyler's home ransacked. Kensi discovered threads from a new pair of jeans. Tyler is a a white-supremacist gang. Ruby, the owner of the jeans shop, gave her seconds to a community center that helps recovering addict such as her sister. Inventory would disappear from wherever Tyler was based and sold by the gang. Tyler stole the radar tech for the gang to sell to an enemy government. Manny at the community center says the jeans were given to volunteers. Fatima uncovers a Chinese professor, Jun Chen as a potential operative. She came from a village that has been became a toxic dump site. She's smuggling tech back to China in exchange for the government helping those poisoned in that province. She identifies Tyler as one of the men who sold her the system for $2 million and an unstable explosive. The other seller was gang member Seth Wilcox, who Kensi and Deeks had seen coming out of the community center. They fear he may be planning to blow up the ceremony honoring scholarship students from immgrant families. Sam and Callen get into a shootout with Tyler and Wilcox while Kensi and Deeks evacuate the center. Sam and Callen cut down Wilcox before he can reach the detonator. The radar technology is still missing. Deeks breaks the news to Callen. Someone Russian is impersonating Callen.
