Martin and Iggy talk again and Iggy tries to tell Martin that he's not broken anymore and Iggy needs him broken and Iggy let's him know that he's full of crap.
Hurrican Alba is coming to hit NYC and Lauren wants them to get prepared for it.
The conditions at th hospital are bad when glass breaks and Iggy must be the leader who carries everyone to safety. He doesn't want to lead anything but steps up.
They run into carbon monoxide poisoning in the halls and he must guide them out of that.
Max saves a man who got caught in the rain and injured. He has to operate on him in the hospital.
He's still waiting for Helen's flight to come in and hasn't heard from her.
Floyd goes to see Horace his father but the neighbor gets injured and Floyd must perform procedures on her. Horace's talking let's him know that he's aware of who Floyd is.
Lauren and Leyla treat a human trafficker victim and find a clever way to save her.
Martin shows up at the hospital and Iggy tells Martin that he's the one who is the problem again and he doesn't want to be with him anymore so Martin kicks him out.
Lauren let's Leyla stay at her apartment until she can get on her feet but says the imbalance will always be an issue for them. so she put up boundaries again.
They dress up the roof to be the Sharpwin wedding, but Helen calls max crying apologizing and saying that she can't. She never left London, standing him up.
